Subscription billing

Roundtable is a monthly subscription priced at $15/month. The price and renewal terms shown on the Stripe checkout page control the purchase.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription through the active Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

If you purchased Roundtable by mistake or cannot get the app running after contacting support, email billing@trybalstudio.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

Provider fees, AI subscriptions, API usage, token costs, and local model costs are separate from Roundtable and are not refunded by Trybalstudio.

Technical support before refund review

For setup problems, contact support@trybalstudio.com and include your operating system, app version, connected AI tools, and any error message shown by the app.
